Cess Farms Ground Chicken Patties

16 Oz Ground Chicken 

1 tbsp. Cess Farms Greek Oregano 

1 tbsp. Cess Farms Thyme 

1 tsp Cess Farms Onion Powder 

1 tbsp. Cess Farms Spice (Mona Heater or any other Cess Farm Spice) 

1 tsp Black Pepper 

3/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan or Shredded Mozzarella 

1 Cup Spinach 

1/4 Cup Bell Pepper 

1/4 Cup Onion 

Olive Oil/ Avocado Oil 

Panko or Bread Crumbs 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Chop up peppers, onion and spinach in small pieces, mix all the ingredients in a bowl with ground chicken and form patties 

Roll patties in panko/bread crumbs 

On a nonstick baking pan drizzle a little olive or avocado oil and place the patties about 1 inch apart from each other 

Place pan in oven for 30-35 minutes flipping the patties half way through 

Take chicken patties out and let rest for 3-5 minutes and enjoy

Tomatillo Sauce

10-15 Cess Farms Tomatillos (Substitute with Cess Farms Tomatillo Powder)

1/4 cup White or Yellow Onion (Substitute Cess Farms Onion Powder)

1-2 tbsp. Cess Farms The Mona Heater Spice

1/4 Cup Bell Peppers

1/4 Cup Cubanelle Peppers

1 tsp Black Pepper 

1-2 tbsp. Dried Cess Farms Cilantro

1/2 Cup Chicken Broth(If using Tomatillo Powder use 1 cup Chicken Broth)

1/4 cup Garlic

If using fresh Tomatillos peel and place them in a pot of water and bring to boil

If using Tomatillo Powder skip first step 

Chop up onions, peppers, and garlic

In blender add peppers, onions, garlic, cilantro, and chicken broth

When Tomatillos are done boiling, drain and place hot tomatillos in blender(if using tomatillo powder this is when you would put that in instead of fresh tomatillos), then add The Mona Heater Spice, and black pepper

Blend until smooth

Pour over any meat before or after cooking or use as a side for dipping or use as a salsa
